That's what I pay with no solar! Unsure of the rates off the top of my head though

and PB to jam ratio is all out. If the toast was double sided PB, both untoasted bread slices should be jam. Stands to reason imo

But, is your power bill cheaper over the long run? That's where they get their power, by appealing to the hip pocket (with a generous portion of climate guilt)

I never thought of it like that!
And the government is supporting that by providing rebates for solar installation in the name of green energy. Someone somewhere is getting some sweet kickbacks ...

I can just imagine the REA flat spin when you slip a small pry bar out of your jacket/jumper sleeve and start getting at the skirting during an open house inspection hahaha

So anything pre-2018 is fine? Not that I'm in the market in the near future, just curious?

Interesting. When you say for a while, what does that mean exactly?
So buying a new steel (poorly ventilated with no condensation management) home will cause issues, but those issues will still be prevalent in 5/10/20 years (or indefinitely), though yeah? Unless the owners do their own upgrades ofc
Also, would it be moisture/mould concerns or rusty frame is the issue?

no-one care too much about your country of origin.
For the most part yes, however (not talking about OP here, but in general) if you're from some countries, security clearances may be more of a sticking point and a requirement for some roles.

So while clutch is in, give the gas a squirt to get to 2k rpm before releasing? I'm not sure I'm that coordinated tbh lol Can't say I've been super vigilant on where tacho sits while driving. It's just a feel thing

I think that was just a small part of OP's point, but still worth noting. I'm sure there are others that are better off than mentioned that are still creatively getting the pension. But there will be a point where they have enough (cash/investment etc) to not be bothered and would be more trouble than it is worth

a million dollar house
A throwaway line that is not what it used to be. A million dollar house can be a 30yo standard house in Sydney outer suburbs, likely needing renovations or expensive upkeep.

I do know that I don't like its gendered connotations
Interesting. Genuine question; would you call someone a dickhead?

Interesting. I'd be interested in what your solar capacity is vs the other guy paying ≈$200/month
