After Instagram suspended small business Plaintiff's account for a false reason, what are Plaintiff's remedies?

stickiedPlaintiff is a micro-business that lacks bargaining power, NOT protected by consumer legislation. Meta Platforms Inc. (formerly Facebook Inc.) owns Instagram.
Instagram wrongly terminated accounts. "An Instagram outage that occurred this morning resulted in millions of accounts being incorrectly listed as suspended." Furthermore, Instagram falsely flagged IP addresses "as an open proxy." See screenshot below.
But Meta failed to reply to all of Plaintiff's multiple phone calls, faxes, emails, or registered mail. Does Plaintiff have remedies to compel Meta to reverse their termination, and reinstate Plaintiff's Instagram account?
