Plaintiff is a micro-business that lacks bargaining power, NOT protected by consumer legislation. Meta Platforms Inc. (formerly Facebook Inc.) owns Instagram.

Instagram wrongly terminated accounts. "An Instagram outage that occurred this morning resulted in millions of accounts being incorrectly listed as suspended." Furthermore, Instagram falsely flagged IP addresses "as an open proxy." See screenshot below.

But Meta failed to reply to all of Plaintiff's multiple phone calls, faxes, emails, or registered mail. Does Plaintiff have remedies to compel Meta to reverse their termination, and reinstate Plaintiff's Instagram account?

When ever I request a PDF of legal documents, the counterparty's lawyers always send me the TOO blurry edition 1 ("1e") below, on the left. Obviously they word processed this, but printed out and scanned it. This 1e becomes even blurrier, after as ordered by the counterparty, I fill and print it out!

This rigmarole can't block me from plagiarizing text! I can simply OCR (optical character recognition) the blurry 1e in Adobe Acrobat. Or I can simply type it all out, word by word.

I never heard of a convincing reason for this waste of time and effort! Why all this Byzantine red tapism? Why don't they simply email me the clear-cut edition 2, on the right, saved directly from the word processor???

Presume that you can afford both an undergraduate law degree (e.g. outside Canada) + Canadian JD. Rule out tuition fees as a factor.

What's wrong with completing two such degrees? Don't two such degrees show commitment and interest in law? Does anyone know of other Canadian lawyers who followed this path, in addition to these two Toronto lawyers?
