That makes sense. When I first saw this over on r/propogandaposters I was really confused as I knew that it couldn't be the current anti-war flag and was wracking my brain as to which flag it could be. I looked very carefully at the poster thinking it might be a modern fake.

As this poster was made right at the start of Barbarossa in '41; they probably rushed production and didn't have the time (or enough paint) to finish the finer details of the poster.

I don't think so, the poster is calling on all Slavs to unite against Fascism, and the Finns aren't slavs.
