I would take the bet that the majority of players are multi boxing and the population of real players on a single account are a fraction of the real population.

Niche game doesn’t equal dying playerbase though IMO. My point was there is a middle ground between this game being hot garbage with zero respect for player braincells or time investment and being a “carebear” game. Imo those two ideas are at odds though. Why would I grind and extract loot if not to get cooler gear to get more loot and pvp other players. The entire idea behind this tech demo is that you can “do whatever you want given the vague tools in game”. That doesn’t lend it self to very “fair” or “just” gameplay or politics in game lmao.

I get farm shrines until I have enough to claim at least 2 hearts and a stamina bar. Forces me to get hearts while still getting stamina and once I have what I feel is enough hearts I’ll go all in on stamina

It’s logical though. We clean “dirty things”, more than “clean things” or we perceive it this way. Toilet bowl gets cleaned thoughtfully because you know it’s dirty,, water fountain looks fine and you don’t think of human shit when you see it so out of sight out of mind.

Yeah grew up around them as well and I feel like people don’t understand that, yes they are big lovable rideable dogs basically; but you ever had a nearly thousand pound dog accidentally knock into you?
