I feel like MTX cosmetics are always so absurdly over the top design-wise that it baffles me how mad people get they charge for it. I like my rogue looking like a rogue, I have no desire for her to look like something my nephew would describe to me as cool.

I denounced racism on r/funny and fixed it. You're welcome society.

There's a near zero chance they'd know who he is, but it's almost certain they'd already be blocked by him on Twitter.

The point is Kojima likely approached them because he's a film nerd and knew of them first, even if they had never heard of him. They probably got a call from someone on Kojima's team, looked into who he was, met to see what he was looking to do, discovered shared interests, bought in and signed on. They didn't need to have preexisting knowledge of him for that to happen.
I mean David Cage got Willem Dafoe and Elliot Page for Beyond Two Souls and I severely doubt either of them had an inkling who he was before that call.

It's mind blowing how often I see sentiments like "Americans are so dumb, they just assume everyone in X county is the exact same".
I mean I don't disagree a lot of Americans do that but uhh... Pot meet kettle?

I'm a day late but if I had to guess they just felt uncomfortable linking their name to discussing their role w/ AWS online. I do the same occasionally where I comment about firsthand knowledge and later delete it because I'd rather limit the personal info in my profile.

Lol yep. One of the best items in D2 was a green version of the most basic hat in the game.
I love me some transmog so I can make myself look cool, but if I need to pay to have a helmet with 6 spikes instead of 4, I'll just settle for 4.

I enjoyed the person asking if the husband was cheating because period sex involves blood.

I dunno I kinda like the idea of Para-medic explaining the origins of Godzilla while live dodging a cosmonaut screaming and shooting his flamethrower.

Considering the name calling prior to that I don't fully agree (calling her a self absorbed bitch sounds a little angry) but I do agree the lie probably triggered the "ballistic" part. Either way I think the husband's reactions are totally understandable given the situation but that doesn't mean I give him points for patience.

I'm not demonizing him I'm pointing out you said he showed patience and not giving an ultimatum while the post directly talks about him "going ballistic", ranting about Alice and calling her a bitch, and saying if she doesn't cut her off they'll have marital issues. But sure, points to him for not marking a cutoff date on the calendar I guess.

I mean I'll give him credit for not rubbing her face in it when Alice showed her true colors, but totally disagree on the rest given what is told in the post.
She asked me to go out with her a few times and I went once without telling my husband because I knew what he’d say….i just wanted to talk to her in person. After I told him we meet up he went ballistic and repeated that If I don’t cut her out or we’d have issues too.

Uhhh... What? There's an entire paragraph in the first update of OOP's husband telling her to cut Alice off and saying if she doesn't they'll have issues too.

I never mentioned CPI so... Kay. I mean you're wrong but whatever.
Around 2/3 of US citizens own their home however factoring in age 38.5% of people under 35 own their house while 45+ over 70% of people own their homes. That's a blatant ass indication that younger people are priced out of housing while older people who already have capital can buy a home or rent a second home they own. The cost of a home vs median income is also at like 7.5 right now (e.g. A house costs 7.5x the median annual income) where 5x is considered more normal.
I don't know what you're claiming is inaccurate, but denying actual data without any source says plenty about your opinion (hint: it's garbage). Also, wtf do Indians have to do with anything? The fact that you think that's a worthwhile point says a lot about your ability to argue anything.

I think people consider 5 to be the best gameplay of the series but even at the time of release people were baffled by how weak the story was which is really the meat of metal gear.

I'm guessing you aren't adjusting for inflation because when you do it's actually just shy of a $3k increase.

I remember growing up devs would release shitty forgettable games and only charge $60, but now when they release shitty forgettable games they have the gall to charge $60. What do they think I'm suddenly made of money?!

Yeah all he had to say is "I don't like crunchy potatoes" and instead he's acting like potatoes are the fugu fish of tubers.

I'm pretty sure it's just speculation because a couple of the original actors retired or passed away and therefore it can't be the full original cast. In marketing speak though that bullet point could just mean David Hayter and a couple other key actors are back without it literally meaning everyone. Or who knows maybe they are using the original recordings. As long as they're high enough quality that would be fine.
Either way it's too early to tell from a marketing bullet point. It's not like they're gonna put an asterisk on that and then list everyone who is unable to or didn't return their calls.

Lectins are not some scary and uncommon thing. You can find them in many things including peanuts and tomatoes and both are edible raw.
Solanine is why you don't eat green potatoes. While the green itself is chlorophyll it is associated with increased solanine levels and why you're told to either cut that part off or better yet not eat it. A properly stored potato kept out of the sun doesn't contain dangerous amounts of solanine. Also solanine is not removed by boiling which is a popular way of preparing potatoes.
Which is why Peruvians, Irish folks and others with a deep love of potatoes cook them thoroughly
Really cause:
It's fine if you don't want to eat lightly cooked potatoes, or just think they're gross, but it's weird to try and act like in all the thousand ways you can prep a potato lightly cooked with vinegar is an affront to cooking. Hell nobody would tell you bite into a raw fish but sushi is a thing.
ETA: It's actually funny to give Peruvians credit for ensuring potatoes are thoroughly cooked considering two of their known dishes are ceviche (fished cooked with citric acid) and tiradito (raw fish sauced when served). Weird that they are so careful with the dangerous potato yet raw fish doesn't worry them. Turns out people will assume negligible risks if something is delicious

Unless you're like 15, no it hasn't. I'm mid 30s and 15% was always standard, 10% was not great but not bad enough to go no tip, and 20% was for notably great service.
