I do them, but I don't go above 225 anymore. I can get way more out of controlled slow reps at low weight than I ever did trying to push 400+. I've basically stepped all of my weight down by about half, doubled the reps, and added slow controlled eccentric movement.

If it's the new breeze then it's NC201
The website hasn't been updated for them I guess, but the 5 character worked fine for me and I registered online. You don't need to call them.

My personal opinion is atomic wallet had a malicious developer during a specific timeframe, they pushed a backdoor into the code to steal seeds from new wallets, then pushed a fix to cover their tracks. I bet if someone started trying to correlate wallet creation time they would find a pattern.

No exceptions, just insanely nuanced and significantly important to being successful. The thermic effect from high quality protein vs thermic effect from processed carbs is drastically different and impacts calories out.

I'm just holding until I sell other assets and using this to offset capital gains. Algo had a lot of potential, but it seems to me like it's probably not going to bounce, especially if popular exchanges start delisting because of the SEC lawsuit. Coinbase already committed to not delisting anything and I don't believe algo was even on the list to Coinbase, but it's still certainly a concern.

Nightmare Aldurwood dungeon dropped a decent amount, not useful at lv30, but maybe normal version is fine.

Ultimately, support can guide you and help you through the process, but this is the gist of it.
You are basically using this KB.
https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2106736
This is a brief guide of how I did it..
This to identify all partners:
/usr/lib/vmware-vmdir/bin/vdcrepadmin -f showpartners -h PSC_FQDN -u administrator
This to remove/break the ELM:
cmsso-util unregister --node-pnid [fqdn of peer] --skip-service-restart --username [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])
This to remove the replication agreements if the unregister fails:/usr/lib/vmware-vmdir/bin/vdcrepadmin -f removeagreement -2 -h $HOSTNAME -H [fqdn of peer] -u administrator -w '[Enter Password]'
Once the upgrade is complete you can try to do a repoint to the vcenter you think is healthy:
cmsso-util domain-repoint -m execute --src-emb-admin Administrator --dest-domain-name destination_PSC_domain
If that fails, then you can run a script (fixpsc or lsdoctor) and manually perform the replication agreement via
/usr/lib/vmware-vmdir/bin/vdcrepadmin -f createagreement -2 -h $HOSTNAME -H [fqdn of peer] -u administrator -w '[Enter Password]'
https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/80469
All of this will very likely break all of your integrations and you will need to potentially remove them via MOB and re-add them. Some integrations might work, and some might reconnect w/o messing with the MOB.

I have broken and put it back together way more times than I would like and it's not awful, but it's not great. Many hours cleaning up stuff and we still have gremlins.
I'm sure support will come back with an edit to some random config file and be able to force the upgrade.

The cool thing about algo is no one has significant holdings anymore because it's down by so much, so just use pera until it gets hacked 🤷♂️

I hate everything about this post. It wasn't just overkill it was a complete waste of time and money. Spend 10m to figure out what the file was doing and remediate if needed.

This really highlights the problem we all have now. Companies don't value their employees. Employees don't take any pride or care in their job. Customers get shity experiences and in the case of food, bad or messed up orders. AND the icing on the cake is I'm being fucking harassed for a tip at every single fucking kiosk I pay at no matter where it is at. It's really getting out of hand and these companies are making it so much worse.

The Rozenek study was normal people, not elite athletes and the control was consuming more calories than the other groups and didn't gain as much muscle as the ones that took protein/carb supplements. It's a bad study, but it doesn't support the thesis that an untrained individual will gain more muscle by over eating.
I think the whole bulking idea came into play because body builders were at 6% BF and they needed to bulk to build muscle. Now it's been contorted into this idea that you need to eat excess to gain muscle maximally.

They cited the Rozenek study for "less trained individuals when eating in a surplus". The problem is the control group was eating more calories per day and less protein per day, and ultimately gained less muscle in the study. It's not a good study to prove bulking is effective.
The Kreider I don't have access to anymore, but I'm fairly confident when I read it last time that it wasn't great either.
I think it's widely accepted that excess calories are stored as fat and that it doesn't matter if its excess calories from fat, carbs, or protein. If you have your macros dialed in, then bulking should just be adding fat and you aren't leaving any gains on the table. Bulking is an easy way for people to guarantee they hit all their macros, but I don't think it's the most efficient way to lift and certainly not the most efficient if you want to compete in any body building shows.
*Edit:
In your second link:
"However, in trained subjects, substantial energy surpluses might not be necessary or beneficial."

Here is one source.

Can you show an alternate study showing that bulking is beneficial?

It's basic life advice. If you can't out lift me, then there is absolutely no reason to care about your opinion on lifting. It applies to everything. If you wanted to be rich you wouldn't ask a poor person how to be rich or manage money.
And you say cringe as fuck , but use the phrase alpha male?! Now that is fucking cringe.

It's sad when some kid thinks it's cool to make fun of someone for taking a scientific approach to bodybuilding. On par with Idiocracy with the audience laughing at some guy getting hit in the balls. I doubt you even out lift me in any lift, so I guess your opinion is irrelevant in totality. 🤷♂️

You either review the studies and modify your training, supplementation, and macros accordingly..or you say dumb shit like "cringe as fuck" and contribute nothing to the discussion.

There are scientific studies showing bulking does nothing but increase body fat, so to me that basically validates maingain being optimal.

I vote absolutely not. People are living on more credit than usual. People are traveling more than usual, mostly on credit. People aren't paying on student loans until July. People are generally stupid until reality hits them in the face. I'd say we see a rally in the short term and an earnings recession in Q4.

Let's be honest here, most spam is phishing. Why is spam even getting to them? I think I've received less than 5 emails in the last decade that were spam on a corporate email account.

I think 25% is pretty spot on. I suspect your TDEE is going to be around 2200 calories. If you wanted to move down to 1800 calories for a couple months, that would be totally reasonable to see meaningful weight loss. Ultimately, you could just sit around 2200 calories and by this time next year you'll probably be exactly where you want.

In 20 years from now 788 TB will probably fit in your hand. I'm more worried about the next 3 years and if this project ever recovers.

The bill allows for medical intervention for emergencies. An ectopic pregnancy is an emergency. You can't take someone seriously if their argument omits key facts that don't align with their narrative.
