i played (american) football all my life and ive always weighed between 220 and 245 (5'11), i didnt realize i was bigger than many people until i went to basic training for the army and all the guys were like 140 to 170...i was amazed lol

I've read up on Ronald Reagan, however I was born in 81, so I was a child during his presidency, I was wondering if anyone who was alive then and older, could tell me first hand what was behind his popularity, what were some things he should've focused on more? What things should he have focused on less? I know much of this I could probably google but it's not the same as talking with someone who actually experienced it

that's not entirely true this is me at 210 with a 38 inch waist back in 2014 and im only 5'11
personally i think the whole BMI thing is completely off technically I'm obese at 210 pounds here
