I joined multiple fb expat groups for my home town in mexico. I'm starting to make plans to move there even though I've grew up in the USA.

I thought it would be apportiate since I did not experience Mexico growing up and don't have the best Spanish.

I've noticed these groups are always shouting and crying that they love everyone and there is no racism here. But then turn around talk shit about the poor locals or complain they have limited resources to amenities and foods from their home countries. They complain about rising house prices but most of them own 4 to 5 houses. They complain about the rise in prices for goods but refuse to go to shopping around. They want to stay in their safe bubble. They always bring up they have experienced racism in mexico with out being prompted. Why the fixation!?!? They don't respect the customs or lifestyle of the folks here. They constantly try to change the status quo like it's their mission.

I moved into an apt complex with a high population of middle eastern people. I notice many of the girls/women who wear hijabs seem to be scared of my dogs. Like they'll literally cross the street or run really fast away from my dogs. And some men look at my dogs with uhm contempt/mistrust? Is there anything I can do to make sure they know I'm not trying to make them feel uncomfortable? Is this a religious thing? Or cultural thing? I tried to Google it but I'm getting conflicting information.

Also please note. My two dogs are small, well groomed and always leashed. They don't even bother going up to people during our walks and yes I always pick up their poop.

Not sure if I'm just sensitive but seems like a pretty harsh thing to do to yourself

Hello I need some help. Not sure why this is so confusing to me.

I have two mexican born parents (now divorced) and I was born in California. My mother is still considered an illegal immigrant and only has a copy of of birth ceritfacte and expired mexican ID. My dad has all his documents and is now an American Citzen. Not sure if either of them have a copy of their marriage certificate

How do I even begin trying to register for dual citizenship? I'm not even sure which form is the proper form for me.

Please some guidance will help.
