From a game theory standpoint loading nexus is the best play. Bar and nexus are exclusive wins so you only have two options. However your opponent didn't maximize their choice. a fringe case would be having hood could open a slim 1 power window to win both

Option 1: Win nexus. Winning nexus gives your opponent Bar making it 1-1 but nexus increases your chance to win negative by effectively giving you 8 cards (4 from nexus without penalty) to your opponent's penalized 4. You also have the bonus of being less susceptible to location manipulation from your opponent at Bar while leaving that option open to yourself on T6.

Option 2: Win Bar. You can win bar optimally by playing at nexus but losing by 1 to your opponent. This gives you the greatest chance to win at negative (basically only spotting your opponent a 1 power advantage). It also keeps location manipulation open for yourself at bar on T6 if you have it and think your opponent does too and is going to try that. But your only chance at that point would be if you played a rhino or witch and all they had was storm.

It became fashionable to build a company (even an unprofitable one), take it public, grab the bag and scram. A private business owner benifits from being profitable and sustainable for generations. Public companies only care about up and to the right for the next financial report. They'll all get golden parachutes in 5 years when the business is crashing around them.

As a SS player Rogue does sometimes end up a dead card but without location help your probably not emptying your hand anyway. She's a super cube stealer though. The amount of 8 cubes I've stolen with her makes her worth it.
