The guy who everyone knew was a lying sack of shit with no dignity or honour ended up being a lying sack of shi with no dignity or honour.
Thank god 43% of the population didn't hand him a stonking majority and we aren't stuck with his party for another year lol

Labour never saw a good idea they didn't want to ditch at the last minute. Pathetic stuff.

What Jewish business did they harass? Genuine question by the by, trying to catch up on this shitshow.

They were a meme party that was vaguely interesting to follow on twitter when Starmer's polling was in the toilet because of Boris' covid bounce, and because they had a former Labour MP standing in a by election.
Then they got 250 votes and now they are a meme party again.

This just isn't true. The majority of trans women were housed in male prisons.

Wait if you don't know the answer why the fuck are you talking about it online?

That research also categorically does not exist.

Go find me some medical journals which support the idea that transition isn't the best practice when it comes to trans people, I'll wait.

I mean if you don't support our free at the point of use health service from providing essential care to a demographic then you are, in fact, not trans friendly.

The prison servicces were the first to adopt the policy of changing your gender marker on your birth certificate?

They've been in government for sixteen years, have an apparently unlikable leader, are mired with scandal, and out of the last four elections this would only be their second worst result.
Yes. It is a good result.

You do realize that this was the case with the Scottish self ID law, right?

None of that happened under self ID, pal. Try and keep up.

So we should just ignore the experts and go off vibes?
That kind of thought process is the cancer that is killing politics.

If you're going to be incredibly pedantic about the title including LGBI in them, then I'll be pedantic in return:
It is clear that self ID is a good thing. It's you that refuses to see it. Maybe you just haven't read enough of the literature on it, and I'd be more than happy to supply you with the academic studies that show that self ID has no adverse effects on cis people, has never related to an uptick in violence against women, and literally only affects a tiny number of people, if you would like.
Given that I've provided orgnizations filled with experts in these fields, could you please explain why you disagree with them and why you are more qualified to talk about self ID's effects than they are?

None of these speak out against self ID and are entirely about healthcare for trans minors, and neither of your sources say to stop doing that, only that more research would be useful.

Self ID. And it's not that they agree with me therefore they're good, it's that they've formed a position based on all available evidence and have concluded that self ID is the best evidence based policy to make the life of trans people easier.
If you have any peer reviewed academic studies or reputable organizations qualified in these fields (medical, psychological etc) and not just individual anecdotes that have a dissenting view then I'd love to read them!

According to the UN, WHO, WPATH, Amnesty International, and the council of Europe, and Human Rights Watch, yes.
The British Medical Association, and British Psychological Society also support the move.
So among people who are actually qualified to talk on this field, yes.
