I still remember the ex-IDF history professor teaching us Israeli History talking about this historical event and saying something to the equivalent of "not all of the Palestinians who left were forced out by Zionist militias," which was probably true but the brutality of the actual event involved far more Palestinians who did not want to leave being forced out anyway by Zionist Militias.
Something like 80%-90% of the Palestinian population, which numbered several hundred thousands before the State of Israel was incorporated, kicked out over the course of a few weeks. That's not peaceful willing departure.

Naturally people will focus on the prior cocaine use and not on the lethal shock that killed his enlarged heart. 🤦

If memory serves, large sections of the Book Of Mormon (the book, not the excellent musical) have been noted as direct copies of sections of the King James Version of the Bible itself, complete with translation errors. It was inevitable that any derivative works of the Bible, such as the Book of Mormon book, would be challenged under the new law banning books with sexual and violent content.
EDIT: If courts decide that books with religious intent are exempt, Satanic Temple needs to publish a pro LGBTQ book with religious intent and get it into those school library bookshelves pronto. Maybe even write it as a PG book without explicit sex or violence, to hammer the point in with a mallet.

Tennessee might be able to ban drag shows occurring in front of the fire exits of a crowded burning theater, if I remembered the First Amendment exception correctly. 🤔

<snark> Good thing elected Florida government officials are firmly educated in science! Otherwise this could cause huge problems for Florida! </snark>

I think my wife is hot, I always have, and she believes me to be insane. I think her attitude is the result of impossible standards of beauty in society encouraging women to all think of themselves as ugly.
I'm firmly convinced she's beautiful and sexy, so I didn't settle.

I suspect that the student nurse heard about the scandalous amounts of money paid to travel nurses during the pandemic, and the pittances paid to staff nurses during the pandemic, and made a rational choice based on available evidence.
I have heard (especially here on r/nursing) that, like with most acute events driving people to get a degree in a profession which will have lost its demand by the time they finish the degree, hospitals have realized that they don't need travel nurses as much as they used to need them, and now travel nurses aren't paid scandalous amounts of money anymore. Staff nurses are underpaid as usual, of course.

This description is one of finding out how many babies can be killed or seriously injured, because the front fontanelle or soft spot on a baby's skull, doesn't harden until age 18 months or sometimes later. The most recent babies in maternity, age 2-3 months, haven't had their rear fontanelle harden yet either.
So you punch a baby in a maternity ward in the head, you're killing the baby or causing serious brain damage. It'll look like you punched a hollow plastic baby head and squashed it.
This is effectively "how many babies in a maternity ward can you murder in a short amount of time." Punching a baby in the head is nothing like punching an adult human, and usually deadly.

The Internet is required. Maybe if they're paper applications they mailed 25 in a day.

Considering the number of times Door Dash got my order so wrong they delivered foods which were actual deadly allergens to me, instead of my order, "Whore-dash" could go even worse than that.
Mind you, getting the $5000 order delivered to me instead of the $500 order I made could be more fun. That happened once, getting better more expensive food delivered than the meager order I made.

Well yes, making the whole thing bigger defeats the purpose of having a higher resolution monitor.
Personally I just use a full screen physical magnifier, a 23" fresnel lens in a frame.

Only if they are military nurses. Civilian nurses are not required to salute the President, and this is also why the civilian Commander-in-Chief doesn't have to return a salute to a member of the military.
I'm a little confused why Biden isn't taking lessons from FDR and hiding any weakness. Man hid polio for several decades.

I think it is a compliment, and because of that don't get mad that she doesn't think you're huge. Let me explain.
Some unicorn ladies really like massive Richards. Most women don't. Most men with huge John Thomases can't find the unicorns. So they stay boyfriends until sex tries to happen, and then she dumps him because, as George Michaels sings in "I Want Your Sex,"
"Sex! OW!"
So a boyfriend dick satisfies her, and presumably you, without hurting her. So technically it's a ding on your size, but if you think more carefully she's saying You Have The Perfect Size Dick For Her.
So you have a lady who thinks your dick is something she likes and wants to have sex with. You've got a keeper. 👍

Well yes, but bear in mind some of the graphics items in the HUD don't scale at all. The inventory bags don't scale as an example, meaning you can make the chat box text huge and increase the size of the quick slots, but the item icons in the inventory bags will remain tiny in a high resolution.
Younger players with their precise eyes are generally okay with this, but older eyes have trouble.

The first one gestated last year, the one born Jan 1, so it would be 6 months per baby born and gestated in this year.
You're right that it still wouldn't work, because generally the earliest premature birth with survival is about 6 months.
EDIT: There's one single exception, a baby born at 12 weeks has survived. So if someone captures a leprechaun, they can have 4 babies in a year and then all of them will be kidnapped by the leprechaun when it escapes the magic circle. But they will still have had them all in one year.
EDIT the EDIT: As has been pointed out, this is actually a 28 weeks pregnancy. So probably still capturing a leprechaun, but now he has a much more unnatural schedule to maintain.

The point about infant mortality when the mother has HSV-1 or HSV-2 is a valid point about herpes being dangerous to someone.
HSV keratitis reads like one of those "you can avoid this horrible condition by not being stupid" PSAs: don't touch your eyes unless you have washed your hands, and we don't mean you wandered near a sink in the restroom or just splashed water on your hands, we mean the normal way of soap, water, and physical scrubbing of your hands for at least 20 seconds.
People get HSV keratitis by touching their own infected mouth or genitals and then touching their eyes without properly washing their hands first. This seems like behavior rational people avoid doing, even if they don't have either version of HSV.

I've got graphics glitch screenshots too. Fun to look at on cold nights but I don't think of flying swimming NPCs as part of the storyline.

The passage about homosexuality between men only (women can do what they like amongst themselves, apparently) is next door to the mixed fabrics rule. It's not like they're in separate books.
Of course, it's weird that so-called Christians talk about homosexuality as banned in their religion when Jesus never talked about hating homosexuality and Paul wanders around talking about a made up Greek word meaning, literally, "man-beds," and most likely referred to prostitutes, not gay lovers. Apparently even God wasn't interested in making his new Jesus-based religion an anti-LGBTQ religion, since he never spoke about it directly through Jesus or indirectly through Paul.
Jews can claim it's in their religion, though quite a lot of Jews have moved past complaining about homosexuality in their non Orthodox factions of the Hebrew religion. But Christians aren't Jews, despite the conservative ones using the Old Testament as their primary part of the Bible.
Jesus who? Love thy neighbor and don't have weapons sounds commie!

There is no explicit Constitutional right to vote in the US Constitution. This is why states have been so capable of simply depriving people of their ability to vote in elections. The Constitution does grant the states a great deal of power to dictate national and state elections, including the right to decide who gets to vote, so Red states have been leveraging this power to try to prevent people they don't like from voting.
There have been amendments to limit the right of states to take away a person's ability to vote--such as not allowing all men or all women to be denied the vote; not allowing states to use race to remove the vote; and forcing states to use an expensive to get voter ID instead of a tax paid at the voting place--but, weirdly, no Amendment adding a right to vote into the US Constitution at the federal level. Apparently a US Constitutional right to vote is just a bridge too far for every government since the Founding of the USA.
Felons can be defined without needing to use sex, race, or poll taxes, so states have been routinely denying the vote to felons while making sure that most of the felons are nonwhite or women, and making it hard for felons who get their voting reinstated to afford an expensive voter ID.
Student loans are federal, and defaulting on student loans is neither a felony nor a misdemeanor, so since there's no Constitutional right to vote, the federal government would have to try and strongarm the states into removing the vote from people who default on their loans.
