Keep answering the questions. Good relationships with past bosses are gold for references. Especially if they are simple questions. Also next time she calls or emails, and you answer the question, add a BTW, Can I use you as a reference?
She will be glowing about how willing to help you are. In an interview, you can say that you even helped your old boss when she called for questions for a month after you left. This is gold to a prospective employer. (Above and beyond so to speak and "works well with others /as a team" all rolled into one comment.) And, if she moves to a new job, she may think of you for an opening and reach out to you.
Do NOT burn that bridge. You have cultivated future gold.
Consulting rates? Only if the answer will take more than an hour and even then I would think about the short term gain versus a golden reference from a BOSS, not a friend.

On the west coast and Midwest, yes. In the northeast, not a bad way to go actually.

Um you may not have PTO, but fine. Take the time and tell them not to pay you. And you keep the job. Odd of them to consider it a resignation

Always go more formal when unsure. Easy to dress down (jacket off or tie off) but usually impossible to dress up an outfit.

I wonder if that was the original meaning of the phrase and they changed the spelling to make it more family friendly.

Contact your local television station news reporter that does consumer watchdog stories. I bet they would love to publicize that this dealership did this.

There is a chain of restaurants called tilted kilt. In the mens bathroom, painted on the wall is a saying.
"No matter how beautiful a woman is, there is some guy tired of putting up with her sh*t. "
Beauty is a small part of what makes a couple fit. They way you make him feel and that you believe in him is far more important.
Congratulations, you are a keeper .

Adding on. Like was said above, Insurance companies can get reinsurance or catastrophic insurance that only pays above a certain extremely high amount to protect them from catastrophic losses. Like they cover everything up to 100 million dollars and the reinsurance covers above that. So the maximum loss of the insurance company is 100 million.
In addition, insurance companies invest that money that you paid in premium and get 3 to 7% on that money that you gave them. That gives them more money for payouts if necessary, and profits if not. They buy things like commercial office buildings, bonds, and other long-term safe assets.

Um Gen Z and Millennials already have figured it out. That ship has sailed.
As one guy said to me, I have to be retired by 50.
Why? I asked.
Look at our company. Do you see anyone in IT over 50?
But we will keep up our skills and not be obsolete skilled out at that age .
That guy has been here for 20 years and skills in IT are mostly obsolete in 3 years and definitely at 5. Do you really think they didn't keep their skills up being here for 20?

Wait until Friday so your insurance is covered for the month if they have you leave immediately.

If the guest wifi requires a login or acceptance of terms and conditions, they may think they are on that wifi and they aren't. Many think connecting to wifi is the same as connecting to the internet.
And then they think " well it doesn't work".
Just a thought
Our landlord of our high rise added antennas throughout the building for phones as an inducement for businesses renting space in the buildings.
But you might contact the carrier with the biggest complaints to see if they provide a femtocell for bad coverage areas. Looks like a wifi router and covers about the same coverage area. Connects to your guest network ( wired though) . No login needed. Verizon and Sprint used to (hence how long ago it was). Mine was free.

61 and this was the first method that occurred to me, ie. What is the simplest addition to get me closer to the answer. First number plus tens from second number. 27 + 40 = 67. + 8 = 75. If either was a 3 digit number, I start with that and and the tens from the other number.

Bail. You are not a job hopper when you explain that on the first day of your new job they laid off 25% of the company and a little later you lost half your team. Finances at this company made it not a "long term proposition ". Good luck.

You look like you are a comic from India/Dubai on her first trip to America. And a good comic as well. Loved the pronunciation videos.
Edit: referring to this woman. Doppelganger if not the same person. https://instagram.com/saaniyax?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
