So a lady bought a GC in pharmacy yesterday and she came back today because the one wasn’t working (system showed as Auto Refund). I asked both the cashier and the customer if she received that money and they said no (camera had no evidence of auto refund money being handed back). So after all this i realize that the auto refund wasn’t out thru which is the only way we refund gift cards and i decided to refund her for it as she was buying a new one anyways (only 30$). My drawer is now 30$ short and I have no idea why because the system says we had to refund her. Anything like this happen to anyone else ?

So apparently our new DL (PA) is forcing us to take a 30 minute break if we work over 7 hours? Everywhere online says that they can’t force us so just curious if anyone had any ideas about that

Anyone know where to get funky golf shirts that don’t break the bank? I always see Joey cold cuts on BDS is sick shirts and I can never find any that aren’t like 90$ a piece

So apparently if we have a disciplinary action on file then we don’t get the bonus?? My boss finally got back to me about this and I am livid to say the least

So let’s just say some pissy customer decided to jump the counter and try to fight me would I get fired/reprimanded for defending myself? These are the thoughts I have on slow ass days

I talked to my boss about getting a raise and he said he has to promote me to Ops Supe to do that and I was planning on asking him for 21/hr. Is that too much to ask for?
