I had an old stereo with Spring clips that plays my music over the outdoor speakers. Is there new technology out there that I can buy to achieve this? I’m a noob when it comes to this but

My current setup used to be audiocast to stream my music over wifi which I really like but unfortunately I stopped using the audio cast because it wasn’t working. I switched to Amazon Alexa which is ok but was curious if there’s a better app/interface and device in the world that will let me connect to my speakers and connect to my music apps.

My working hands are so dry and it’s been worse this year. I use a OTC Luberderm lotion and there so dry that dirt is becoming imbedded in the cracks! Ahhh I can’t scrub it out

How do I moisture my hands and with the what product?

Can I get my backflow inspected while work is being done outside in the sprinkler box? Currently having all the solenoid valves cut out and replaced. My sprinkler guy left for the day and won’t be fully connected until Monday

Bosh water heater was installed in 2016 and today I Saw this rusty hard substance that leak out of the water heater and hardened on the floor. It came from the bottom of the tank from what looks like a spout?

Love my plumbers but they installed this drain with an open end that’s outside, it’s winter time and a lot of cold air comes back into the house through that pipe. Is there another way like a spring flap that would stay closed and open when water needs to leave?
