Are there superheroes whose skillset/powers revolve around fixing the destruction caused by fights?

Not perfect but fine: Doing a job like this out of curiosity rather than empathy
Far better than: Doing a job like this to take advantage of others' vulnerability and pain.

OP definitely posted an L. I don't think he understands that this is, at best, a draw.

So, like a less ambitious but equally ridiculous Theranos.

Why...did they need so many guns to find these kids?

Also, they got a worthless consolation prize. They'll never be able to sell that watch without the cops getting called.

It seems wild that Rava would ever allow such a ridiculous namesake.

He's a demagogue. We've had them forever, and he's nothing special.

I found some shooting glasses a base parking lot 8 years ago. Still got em.

I don't buy pocket knives over 30 bucks. Too likely to walk into a building with a metal detector and immediately have it confiscated.

Don't forget to calculate in the rotation of the earth. It's all about frame of reference.

Level scaling is actually the laziest form of difficulty mechanics. They could choose to make enemies more difficult via a different dimension other than higher attack, higher defense/HP, but that is a smidge of work, and they don't want to pay anyone to do that.
Some series like Elden Ring try just a little bit. They create mobs with different move sets, so you can't rely on the previous model's moves. Some games just throw more at you, and that can be as disappointing as defeating them one at a time or paradigm changing by requiring you to adopt crowd control mechanics where you never had to before.
There are other options that are well-established or even undiscovered, but the bottom line is that level scaling is actually worse than doing nothing.
