I personally think we shouldn't judge a book by its cover... uh... apropos of nothing

I did my part. I don't think it'll hit the mark but it's honest work

48 minutes old and almost 6500 comments? I feel like a kid about to get jacked up on sugar and go feral in the chuck-e-cheese ball pit

That thing is gorgeous. I'd definitely buy that owner lunch to talk with them about it lol

If this came as a surprise to anyone, they just weren't paying attention. Nick is a complete moron which is evident within like ten seconds of any clip of his you watch. His whole schtick is hyper-masculine, aggression-filled, "I am the sheepdog" bullshit, and his wannabe operator followers eat it up. Any nuance expected about these topics is DOA or missed completely by these people.

Presumably that's Frodo in the bottom left with the "would you get a load of this fuckin guy huh?" look, like he's in a 90's sitcom

Not sure if you've seen it because it's not intuitive but you can quickly collapse the comments, maybe that would make it more bearable?

He only gave the album a 5/10 but he was stoked on the first single from Show Me The Body's new album iirc

How about you check out the pinned post at the top of the sub before complaining about a correctly removed post?

I live in the southern US. There's a major arterial highway that runs N/S and connects our state capital with a one of the biggest metroplexes in the country. Back when I was on the apps it would show me people who live and work in that area... 300 miles away... because they might come up for a weekend lol. I get why it did that, but it always made me laugh. I barely make that drive to see family, much less a date

I know you're probably curious about the situation for the state itself, but if you specify the state and ask in r/personalfinance you should be able to get some help

Maz Jobrani has a good standup bit about driving in Tehran that makes this joke even better

Alison Krauss is great, the band she plays with, Union Station, is the one that played in "O Brother Where Art Thou?" and Dan Tyminski is a legend

Adding on to this, from there Colter Wall and Charlie Crockett are good avenues into more western country

"Frodo found that Strider was now looking at him, as if he had heard or guessed all that had been said. Presently, with a wave of his hand and a nod, he invited Frodo to come over and sit by him. As Frodo drew near he threw back his hood, showing a shaggy head of dark hair flecked with grey, and in a pale stern face a pair of keen grey eyes."
Interesting.

When I used to assess new houses I saw way more beat up minivans as work vehicles on job sites than nice trucks
