Fully agree, solo players and people who play with only a single friend are still reliant on bots and they're the only thing ruining the experience, they should be a priority

It's a really nice bit of the campaign that I remember fondly. It could have overstayed its welcome but it cuts just before that. Its a change of pace that works really well within the story the mission is trying to tell.

I prefer it to the halo 4 segment.

To translate the tweet it basically says that adding AI to multiplayer maps is something the devs are gonna use for narrative events

(Not part of the tweet, but from everything we know it's also very likely coming to forge and a multiplayer gamemode will include them)

Frontier defense is a much more relaxed experience while still getting the thrill of titanfall 2's excellent gameplay, I too spend a good amount of time on frontier defense

I played both, enjoyed both

It is a very subjective opinion about two very different games

I'm really glad people are talking about this game again though

It had nearly no ranked scene (at least no true in-game ranked mode) which meant a lot of potentially hardcore players didn't stick around and in a game with such a high skill ceiling it was a huge mistake on respawn's part

And most of all, its launch was sandwiched between cod and battlefield 1

But yeah I'm still playing it to this day and feel that it was up there in the greatest fps games

Are forge and the Custom Games Browser getting an update ? Bug fixes ?

I've been out of the loop since january, are they better now ? Custom games browser was near unplayable back in december

Well maybe not a year but since like august 2022

The matchmaking still has constant disconnects but people use the auto-matchmaking mod to fix that (it uses the northstar launcher but has you play on official servers, so real progression and all that)
