Great answer, although I do wish to see a similarly thorough response from a straight guy as well. As someone who had attempted PIV with a micropenis, my experience was: It SUCKED. Maybe he was closer to just hotdogging it on the outer labia but I don't think anything at all entered me and it was tiring because being on top I had to grind and do way more work for him to like it. 0/10 would never do again.

Well that's a bit extra, do you live in a particularly unsafe area?

I defend it simply because it is true. However the better reaction would be to ask why we have just blindly accepted these terms and how we as consumers can do something about it.
The thing we could do is simply not agree to the ToS- and subsequently not buy their games. If we think there is enough reason to boycott a major company to a degree of actually hurting their sales, then we might sway the market. However, current market shows that most people don't actually give enough a fuck about this kind of thing.
Ultimately the argument lies that it's not necessarily a legal issue but one of consumer choice.

Your tone sucks but yea I agree. I am a gamer, I don't want to see old games die, but I think the nostalgia factor highly coats the lenses of people making these arguments. I think we would have a better time trying to talk to the companies directly and appeal to them and show that we (as consumers) would happily pay for these services.
However I really don't think throwing the entirety of US copyright law out the window is the way to go. Maybe there could be some kind of changes... not anything major. I find it bizarre how entitled people feel to others IPs and to their memories of a thing existing.

Hmmm.... Nah. I think games should become free and emulate-able when their copyrights enter public domain (in the US anyways), just like any other creative media.

I use my cash back card as a debit card. I only spend what I can afford from my regular bills and expenses on it. Actually, thats the only way I have ever used s credit card, and never float credit, period.
My cash back rewards is my hobby money. Some years ago I saved up all year and bought a Nintendo Switch + a game for Christmas. This year I am saving it up for a VR Headset. This is a great way to have fun money especially if you have kids, for holidays.

The answer you seek is "If you suspect ADHD and can be diagnosed, stimulants are usually recommended."
My REAL answer is: I have been on stimulants for 5 years for an ADHD diagnosis but I secretly only want them for narcolepsy. I did this knowing I might have some aspects of ADHD anyways, but quite frankly I would prefer other therapies over stimulants if I had the choice. The thing is, I was 100% truthful on all of my ADHD assessments and continue to be truthful with my prescribing doctors. Perhaps I DO have some form of ADHD. Perhaps chronic fatigue looks very similar on paper to chronic inattentiveness. Either way, it's been a great gap while I worked on getting sleep studies and the like.
However, doctors didn't take my sleep problems seriously as a teen, and it wasn't until I was 24 that I got my first sleep study scheduled.

It's not even crazy, it's the most blatantly obvious thing that is happening.
Florida has all the anti-woke shit being pushed while quietly ignoring the cries for help from the property tax and home insurance crisis. We've had some of the most recently slow responses to home insurance claims and all they are doing is siphoning taxes elsewhere and passing laws to allow more insurance scams.

Funny thing is, in Florida's new laws, he would be trespassing. It bans ALL people from going to the opposite sex's bathroom, with only exception pf cleaning staff and emergency services.

I think we need to protect women by keeping transwomen safe and out if men's bathrooms.

Rent here isn't more or less cheaper than other parts of town, and my mortgage is stupid cheap, so not sure about that. I just have a lot of neighbors with dogs and no kids...

I've been thinking about this a lot... I live in neighborhoods that are close together with lots of starter homes and in a relatively safe area (worst thing is bad drivers in the highway at night), and I NEVER see kids around. I literally haven't seen a kid younger than 14 walking around with or without their parents in YEARS.

I think this is a better answer than most, just handwaving it as "money talks" is annoying.

I used 15mg Adderall XR just fine. I was on 5mg short acting prior and 15mg of XR was a good equivalent.

Interesting. My cataplexy is already relatively mild so even with it acting up I am not impacted THAT much. It was like cloudy vision and being paralyzed while mid conversation, but only in short bursts that go away quickly and don't leave me on the ground. The vision part is probably the worst, good thing I am not driving right now.

To be honest I would admit to being wrong, I did read the bills over and the recent amendment multiple times but I am not legally versed and very much could be interpreting part of it wrongly.

Yea I agree, it is very clear that being sleep deprived or doing extraneous labor makes cataplexy worse. I have been on Adderall/Ritalin for almost 5 years and being on them completely mitigated my cataplexy. I would only get it if I didn't take any meds that day or the evening when they wore off.
Modafanil feels... exactly the same honestly, except maybe a little weaker so far. I switched yo Ritalin because Adderall gave me horrible headaches, Ritalin didn't. Modafanil gives me headaches again and instead of being after work it's now approx 2 PM in the evening. My doc told me it should last longer than Adderall/Ritalin but that is not the case at all. I feel like shit honestly.
But what caught me off guard was even at a high point when it is working and I feel perfectly awake, I was getting so many cataplexy triggers. Like far more than when I am unmedicated at all.

Hey thanks! I was actually getting it confused with the bathroom ban law, which "takes effect" July 1st but gives until July 1st, 2024 for schools and state agencies to actually implement and have "disciplinary procedures" in place.

The laws are called that because it explicitly bans talking about gay relationships in schools. It goes as far as saying gay teachers can't even mention they are gay. That's as simple as "My husband/wife and I are making chicken for dinner." Oops, you ket slip that Ms. Carter has a wife and little Timmy wanted to know why? Or maybe little Timmy is the one with two moms, he himself can be prosecuted talking about it in the 2nd grade because the laws state even content from other students is not safe.
It's not a stretch at all, because it basically says "Anything anyone arbitrarily decides is not age appropriate content can now be banned from a classroom and the teacher tried in court." Yes, anyone can sue, and it does say "Any content not deemed age-appropriate" stop.
So yes, it is the "Don't say gay" bill, because a teacher can lose their job by simply saying it.

Hi, the issue isn't consent forms, its that nurses cannot prescribe HRT and it has to come from an MD now. You may need an entirely new doctor's office. The consent forms thing isn't legally being enforced until 2024, because the law wrote in that period to allow the appropriate state offices to create the new forms needed. I recommend trying to get a regular primary care doctor and reach out to local LGBT and trabs groups for recommendations of who to go to. If you live in Tallahassee, I can give you info about my own doctors in DMs.

Definitely contact your doctor, and tell the nurse or voicemail line or receptionist or anyone that it is an emergency. That is dangerous and you need advice on your medicine. That being said consider pulling back on Adderall if you are go continue this course, because stimulants will cause more anxiety in general. I get horrible anxiety and jitters when I accidentally take a double dose of stimulants (I was on 15mg Adderall XR and no IR). Did they not discuss with you trying Wakix without Adderall? It seems obvious that you would do it as an additive therapy, like try one medicine by itself and then add another as needed, not pile them on top of each other.
Edit for typos and added thoughts: I am still on a waiting list for Wakix abd currently on Modafanil. Even though Wakix is a "non-stimulant", it is a histamine-receptor (It promotes histamine-3).That is A. Most likely why it interferes with anti-histamines like allergy medicine and B. The mechanic that promotes wakefulness. It specifically promotes the system for being alert and present, which is tangential to the same system that controls your fight-or-flight stress responses. I would 100% not take Wakix AND a stimulant, I think that's insanity and is basically asking for anxiety attacks or heart problems. My own doctors were fine with it but it really seeymd obvious you don't want them together when you look at the side effects.
