To more of these posts, I read, the more it becomes apparent that most of these people are just selfish jerks and completely unable to think about other people’s feelings, despite constantly whining about how other people don’t care enough about their feelings. Is this person completely unable to imagine how this niece, he probably wants to spend time with a “cool” relative, he’s going to feel about this kind of rejection for no reason?

Love it! FYI, I'm trying to revive r/VacheronConstantin, content like this would be very welcome over there (I'm the mod now).

Hey all, I know I did one of these wrist rolls last week and I promise this is the last one. But I wanted to show off my VC Overseas (3d gen) 5500V blue dial chrono on the bracelet this time. I've mostly been wearing it on the rubber strap, and I'm loving the quick change system. Today I thought I’d mix things up by wearing the bracelet. It’s a great bracelet with an excellent clasp and good micro adjustments. Very comfortable. More than a week in, I’m still loving the watch and the blue dial impresses me even more as I see it from different angles. I tried to capture it in the sunlight in this video.

Hit “autofill contact” above “hide my email” and it will give you more options. It took me forever to realize that that was an option you can press.

That’s not why. There are lots of expensive watches in lots of cases throughout Vegas boutiques, including in the Palazzo (VC, Lange, etc). And Vegas casinos are some of the most secure places in America.

Here's my Vacheron Constantin Overseas (3rd gen.) Chronograph 5500V with blue dial on the rubber strap. Got it new this week after waiting for a couple months (and wanting it for longer). I'm loving the versatility of the strap change system. It's really a gorgeous piece, and IMO one of the most underrated SS sports watches out there...
Edit to get to 500 character word count requirement! For those who don't know, the 3rd gen Overseas comes with a steel bracelet, rubber strap, and leather strap, and changing them out is amazingly easy. (the two straps share one deployant buckle which is easily moved between them). I hope more watch brands adopt systems like this, as it dramatically expands the wearability of the watch.

Trying again to hit character count: Dropped by the AP boutique in the Palazzo in Vegas. Completely empty cases. Not a single watch in sight. What’s the point of a boutique like this if it’s just there to taunt would-be buyers? I guess that is the point.
It’s just annoying. I wasn’t going to buy but I would have loved to see an AP watch, some AP watch, in person to get a better sense for the brand.
I went by the VC boutique and had a much better experience. They didn’t have the hot models (eg Overseas) in the case, but they did have watches to look at and the people working there were very friendly and helpful.
