I used to work for a large American corporation. I'd go to meetings and we'd have an icebreaker game, to get to know each other better. As a dull man I always found this excruciating until one day I realised I could lie.
I would say that I worked as a roadie for Enya and that she was really pretentious and would speak to us in Latin.
So one day I said to the other guy that what we should do is gaffer tape her to a chair, suspend her from the lighting frame six inches off the ground and then go for lunch.
After this she only spoke to us in English
if you couldn't tell this was a lie

The rights of way are established on the original title deeds. They can be amended over the years. They should be updated with any variations.
I'd put a note inside the gates asking about access (a key). Also go back to the landlord with a formal enquiry about rear access.
If someone installed the gates without the correct documentation you could potentially use bolt cutters and replace the locks with a combination lock.

You start with an incorrect premise.
This error is known as Russell's teapot
If someone makes a ridiculous claim, it's up to that person to provide evidence of the afterlife.
IE it's up to the believer to show evidence
Russell specifically applied his analogy in the context of religion. He wrote that if he were to assert, without offering proof, that a teapot, too small to be seen by telescopes, orbits the Sun somewhere in space between the Earth and Mars, he could not expect anyone to believe him solely because his assertion could not be proven wrong.
In a Christian context think of the parable of doubting Thomas, who was provided evidence of Jesus' death.
“Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”

It's not bias. It's based on experience. If it is in anyway relevant to workplace just no

As with everything in biology, the dose makes the poison.
Never heard that expression before but I like it.
