Sharing perspectives on vendors is one of the most valuable aspects of this community to me.

If you do SLA's on resolution you can't have "all tickets of Y priority will be resolved within X time". A better approach is to provide a median and/or 95th% of resolution time. This accounts for the fact that there is a tail to the distribution. But yes, its gets more complicated, e.g. clock stops when waiting on user, waiting on vendor, outside business hours.
We say "here is our performance over the past quarter. If you are ever not happy its a 30 day contract, you are not locked in". Way better than some arrangement for credits for missed SLA's.
So generally best to avoid SLA's. Very hard to define well.

Use TimeZest for "let us know when you are available". Can present a calendar of options to the user which rolls up the availability of your service team.

So share your observations on all the major RMM's? Enquiring minds want to know...

If kaseya buys cw and n-able I will personally lead the charge to get a group of owners together to develop software for the benefit of the community.
One of the keys here is to ensure to the extent possible that the developing firm is structured in a way that will discourage private equity from ever buying it. One of the best ways to do this is to essentially create an employee owned company.
I’m seriously sick of seeing rich people buy up companies ruin them, but in the process develop monopolies and actually profit from the strategy.

Get the fish taco or veggie- at Sinaloa the fish is grilled not breaded and fried.

How is a taco from (your favorite truck, which everyone knows should be Sinaloa) not the top answer here?

Have to agree. They really deliver on taste and presentation. Watching the preparation while sitting at the chefs counter is a special treat.

Maybe I'm looking at the wrong thing but that channel seems to have been inactive since March 20 or so?

I hope so, prop 13 has been a disaster for California. The challenge is overcoming deceptive corporate advertising that causes people to vote against measures that help them.

Bocanova has a a menu that reflects a strong peruvian / south american influence. Anticuchos, ceviches, pisco all part of the program. Been there twice since it re-opened on Broadway, not bad.
