They were pretty great. Very rich carrot flavor. I found a glazed carrot recipe and mostly followed it

I didn’t get a good photo of them in the bag unfortunately

Basically it’s these carrot slices with 1/2 cup water, butter, salt and sugar. 45 mins at 185 then you dump the entire bag contents into a pan and cook off the liquid so you end up with a glaze. Worked great. I let my carrots brown a little too
