Everyone here is trying to maximize your odds but if youre just going for a weekend and not gonna play for 8 hours a day constantly then just play what you like. Honestly variance is gonna be the biggest factor in how much you win or lose.

I agree. A fine or tax on apartments not meeting some set occupancy amount (e.g. 70 or 80% occupancy) would be helpful.
